[Avodah] maaser ani today

is there any loophole not to give maaser ani today from vaadai tevel?
what does everyone in israel do?
how do they do it
 
(ou says we in america dont give bc maybe (even unlikely) israeli food here was premaasered. but this doesnt help for vaadai tevel)
