[Avodah] Who was the safety engineer for the Mikdash?

The beis hamikdash is not "gagecha" or "beveisecha".  There is no such 
requirement.  See SA Ch"m 427:3 (and see the SME on this se'if), Rambam 
Rotzeach 11:2.
