Shibolei Haleket quotes the Midrash Eicha tying in  "Galta Yehuda me'oni" with lechem oni, . The kina aspect is the reason for saying it in Aramaic.and ending with "Leshana Habaa....."
I gave a Zoom shiur about this to a group of mostly "middle aged" women, saying that this year we can take advantage of the opportunity to discuss Ha lachma at the Seder, Usually, at this point the grandchildren are too excited about Ma nishtana to delay it. .
