Rambam Hilchot Shevuot 6:10-11: What does the Rambam mean when he says "someone comes to beit din le'kayem shevuato"? I understand in the example of someone who takes an oath to divorce his wife, but an oath to not eat meat? Why is beit din getting involved in something like that? Ben
