            Yerushalmi (that we don't have) is the source of the custom of not sleeping on Rosh Hashana.  There are many differing opinions on the issue (e.g., ignore, only pm).  There is also a custom to rise at the beginning of the day (TBD).  Best advice (per Avi Mori Vrabbi Z11"hh) -keep your eye on the bouncing ball (the ultimate prize).
