The Rambam states clearly that Havayot d'Abayye v'Rava are the basic
building blocks for developing a relationship with God (i.e., fulfilling
Ahavat HaShem, Yichud HaShem, Yirat HaShem, etc.) and that they are
accessible to both men and women.
