[Avodah] How do Chabad deal with the Amen of Krias Shema

The Rambam says answering Amen to one's own berocho is "meguneh", except
when it is the final of a group of berochos (eg Boneh Yerusholayim or
Shomer Amo Yisroel Lo'ad) when it is "meshubach".
