[Avodah] Is It Forbidden to Use an Electric Shaver?

When I asked this same shaila of Rav Dovid Bleich well over a decade ago, if
not more, he told me to only use an old time shaver. I keep on refurbishing
the motor in my 25 year old Norelco. :)
