groups (sadducees??/apikorsim,) etc, 

to be chayav mitah??
ami i misquoting, or is that his 

shita, and why? since it is not one  of the
3 yaareg v' al yaavors.....
i recall Micha mentioned a few others
 like chilul Hashem......
