Are you able to find the nusach of the other brachos? If you are able to find for the others, but not for this bracha, then I wonder...

I have vague memories of once hearing that originally, the last bracha of the amida was not said by the individuals at all, but rather it consisted of the Kohanim saying Birkas Kohanim.

I've always wondered whether my momory on that was accurate, and if so, how it would be played out on a practical level. Perhaps your lack of finding a text is the answer. Perhaps this is a case where "lo matzinu" *IS* a raayah!
