Searching the BI Responsa Project for "ashir einayim" within 20 words
at <http://www.responsa.co.il/default.aspx> doesn't find a hit in the
Tanchuma. The two hits are Otzer Midrashim (Eizenstein) Ma'asiyos,
and Mirkeves haMishnah of R Yosef b Moshe al-Ashqar on Avos 4.
