Searching in Hebrew fills that lacuna.

In any case, searching the BI CD, the hits for "... oseiq baTorah" are
all 19th and 20th cent CE: Benei Yisaschar (Nisan, maamar 4 - tiyul
Pardeis, derush 4), Sefar Emes (Behar, Shavuos), Meshaneh Halakhos
(17:184). The MH does give Avos 6:2 as the mar'eh maqom.

Searching he.wikisource.org only added Oros haTeshuvah (sikum to #5
