Quinoa might be "kashe" in that sense of the word, but I doubt it
or potatos would qualify as daisa (lit: grits).

Last I recall from our annual "is qiunoa qitniyos?" threads of years
back, qinoa are seeds from a plant that is related to beets and spinach,
not grain.
