[Avodah] Chumash question

Someone asked me the following:

When Adam and Chava ate from the Etz hadaas tov vara, the nachash was punished, saying "...ki asisa zos, arur ata...".    When Adam was punished, it was "ki shamaata lekol ishtecha".  Cause and effect.  For the isha, however, it only says "harbo arbeh itzevonech verheronech";  no direct cause cited.  Why?
