Let's consider an LCD screen. (I'm not familiar with e-ink tech.) True, that the image disappears once the signal changes, but for the moment, my command is causing the liquid crystal to take the shape of a word. So the question becomes, is there a chiluk in eino-niskayem between writing in dust, and making a computer display an image. I don't see one; I will now consult the Avodah archives :)
