[Avodah] Sukka must be kosher for sleeping?

Someone told me that he heard a "svara shiyur" in which the rav said that it could be that if a sukka is not suitable for sleeping in, then it isn't kosher for eating in. For example, if a sukka is mosquito infected and you can't sleep in it, then you shouldn't eat in it.

Anyone hear anything like this halacha l'ma'aseh?
