I believe I once saw that R Elyashiv refused to prohibit smoking (weekdays) on the grounds that the body of a Jew is different than the body of a nonJew and so the medical studies are not relevant Can anyone verify (or against) my memory and if possible provide any written source Thanks -- Eli Turkel
