[Avodah] Kosher meat in a non K Butcher Shop

I cannot tell you what is right and what is wrong, but it is easy enough to go to a food store and see what the hechsherim do.

It is quite common for some of the varieties of a product to have a tiny OU hiding near the ingredients list, and other varieties have no hechsher at all. On the other hand, I have read that it is the OU policy to allow this only on different varieties, such as different flavors or different size packages. They will not allow the exact same product in the exact same packaging to be produced as both kosher and nonkosher.
