I heard it in a shabbos shuvah derashah. The LOR was R' Sheinfeld of
Degel Israel, KGH, Queens. I haven't gone to my parents' for yamim
nora'im in perhaps 2 decades, so you'll be unsuprised if I forgot his
maqor.
