I fail to see the relevence.

1- Our maamar chazal says "*asid* latzeis mimanu".
2- A child already born isn't motivation to save someone to allow his
birth.
3- You see the boy ended up among BY, and it still didn't save the
Mitzri. Okay, the guy wasn't a stellar member, but all the chazal says
is "sheyisgayeir".
