FWIW IMHO
The above better explains the Minhag of Duchaning on YT - I.2. even RH +
YK and NOT on Shabbas ChhM - better than the Rema's stated reason.

As a corollary
It also explains the shift in bracha to "she'oscha levadcha" since YT
Mussaph - as well as YK Mussaph - is Miqdash-Centric!
