[Avodah] scale is way far off

I)  The scale is quite different, at least in an absolute sense; about

300,000 Jews were massacred by Chmielnicki, compared to the six million

in the Holocaust.

As usual modern scholarship, being more up to date, takes a hard look at
these figures.

See the article by s. Stampher, jewish history, 17 (2003),  207-227. the
figures for ukranian jews who were massacred are at a maximum 20,000.
