A few more: shutfus, nizkei she'cheinim, sechirus metaltelin / karka /
poalim, shomrim, sho'el, and yes, much of the "dry stuff about
contracts" is quite relevant today: davar she'lo ba le'olam, davar
she'eino be'reshuso, asmachta, kinyanim, etc.
