[Avodah] Skip Ya'aleh Veyavo on purpose?

Can one purposely skip Ya'aleh Veyavo at Ma'ariv on Rosh Chodesh, in order
to catch the final Borchu.

Relevant to those who miss the first Borchu, and it's the last Maariv
available.
