[Avodah] Is there an issur in smoking marijuana?

	Was speaking to a non-relig. co-worker who asked if Halacha
forbids smoking marijuana?

	He prohibits in one of my favorite tshuvot (I often use it as an
example where it's clear imvho that the answer came before the rationale
- see R'MF tshuva on smoking for comparison)
