[Avodah] Av Harachamim this coming Shabbat & Minhag hagra

The shul's minhag is to say Av Harachamim on Shabbat  Mevorchim Av. This is
different from what is printed in the Ezras Torah luach; it is the minhag
HaGrah.

 Why doesn't Ezras Torah follow the GRA on this?
For that matter why does this shul follow the GRA only on very selected
points?  For exmaple we do NOT read megillos from a klaf?  So why follwo the
GRA re: AvHaracamim? Mah Nafshach.

I have an answer but I am not sure iI can post it.
