Close: Ashkenazi sifrei Torah use Kesav BY, Sepharadim use Vellish,
Chassidim use BY as modified by notes based on the Ari. (Close in that
Vellish's very name implies some origin in Yiddish-speaking lands,
but not the Rama...)
