Ad v'lo ad bichlal: the instructions are clear that "in some
congregations," the kapitel is said through Hosha'na Rabba (Shmini Chag
haAtzeres isn't Sukkos, so the asmachta of "ki yitzp'neini b'sukkoh"
doesn't apply to it).
