[Avodah] Hataras nedarim with a shaliach

I have heard different Pesakim about the validity of the Hattaras Nedarim -
ranging from "It's nothing" to "It's a Hattaras Nedarim." Perhaps the ones
who do it for their wives are from the first camp. (Only partially
tongue-in-cheek.)
