There are a number of tiny "islands" near the 
Achziv coast near Nahariya. [the gemara
in Gittin 7b does mention the northern border as "Keziv" a.k.a. "Achziv"].
And if I'm not mistaken there are some tiny "islands" in the area below Haifa.
