I do a separate MiSheberach Misheberach avoseinu Avra.....uShlomo who
yeverach vYeraph as (english names) bavur Shakahal mispalelim bavuram,
refuash hanefesh urefuas hagood, (shabbos hu milizuk - if approrpiate)
hashta bagala uvizman kariv venomar amein,
This leaves out the shear cholei> yisroel issue
