Regarding otzar beit din - please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it only works for fruits, that grow every year on the same trees (or grapevines). But with crops that need to be planted every year (vegetables and grains) there would be a problem of s'fichin that couldn't be solved by OBD. - Ilana
