Weren't there two Daryaveshes?  Darius the Mede, Cyrus, Xerxes, Darius
the Persian (who was the son of Esther)?  Cyrus said "go back", the 
Samaritans said "no Temple", Darius the Persian finally overrode the
Samaritans.
