Absolutely true. Furthermore, on 26 Av, Satmarer (and other) Hassidim 
flock en masse to Reb Yoel Teitlebaum's Tzion in Kiryas Joel...

Rashi in Parshas Shelah mentions the Gemara that Calev went to Qivrei 
Avos in Hevron to pray.
