The earliest of the three was the Divrei Malkiel, the Lomza Rav, R/
Malkiel Tenenbaum (1847-1910).

For that matter, those and the Encyc Talmudit are the only hits for "*kbd*
*chshd* (using "*" to get all prefixes and suffixes) as adjacent patterns.
So I THINK I got them all.
