[Avodah] Tefillas Mincha Voluntary?

Although this is a tangent the reason the sefer on hebrewbooks.org isnt on Chumash is because although its the Kedushas Levi by R. Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev the first printing of the sefer was only on Chanukah and Purim, it discusses their holiness, sanctity and special status and mitzvos hence the name Kedushas Levi, and each chapter is called a KedushahKedushas Levi on Chumash was printed much later posthumously if I am not mistaken.Gershon Dubin wrote:
