And we had them in Elizabeth too. And a pre-Plag mincha at 6:40 for those who were able to leave work extra-early :-)

But all this is irrelavant to the topic. The only people who would want to delay maariv on the second night of Shavuos are the people who are worried about Temimos for the second night of Shavuos. And those people would have been counting twice m'safek for the whole seven weeks. And AFAIK there aren't any such people.
