[Avodah] Bris milah or Bircas Hachama which comes first?

I doubt it. Birkas hachama can't possibly be before sunrise, yet I'm pretty sure that bris begins (at least b'dieved) at alos hashachar.

But I was thinking of similar logic: The zman for Birkas Hachama ENDS before that of the bris. And considering the possibility of clouds, the practicality of it may make it even more urgent.
