[Avodah] bread machines and taking challah

Shalom,
I was taught that we are to mafrish challah without a bracha when using more than 2.5 and less than 5 cups of flour.  If my bread machine recipe takes 4 cups, and it's impossible to stop mid-cycle, what do I do vis-a-vis hafrashat challah?
