"The kohein who is greater than his brothers". Not "the Chief Kohein" as
noun adjective (w/ aforementioned caveats about adjectives).

So, I think my question about "haMelekh haMishpat" and therefore also
about RAF's mention of a parallel just found on an ossuary "ben hakohein
hagadol" still stands.
